Cookie Policy

Information about the Cookie Policy.

Status: ACTIVE - PUBLISH | Effective date: 09.10.2026

This Cookie Policy explains how EPINUSD Digital Product uses cookies and similar technologies on www.epinusd.com. The live cookie banner and preference center should always reflect the technologies actually deployed.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored or read by a browser or device. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels and other online identifiers.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

Necessary technologies may be used to operate login sessions, shopping-cart and checkout functions, security controls, load balancing, fraud prevention and privacy preferences. Because these functions are necessary to provide the service requested by the user, they may not require consent where applicable law recognizes such an exemption.

3. Analytics

EPINUSD currently uses Google Analytics. Analytics technologies help us understand how visitors use the Platform, identify errors and improve performance. Depending on configuration, data may include pages viewed, interactions, device/browser information, approximate location, referral information and identifiers.

Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential analytics, analytics should remain disabled until the user gives that consent.

4. Functional technologies

Functional technologies may remember settings such as language, display preferences or other optional choices. If such technologies are not necessary for a requested function and applicable law requires consent, they should be controlled through the cookie preference mechanism.

5. Advertising and marketing

EPINUSD does not describe advertising pixels as currently deployed in this master policy. If advertising or remarketing technologies such as additional ad-platform pixels are introduced, this policy and the consent interface should be updated before or at deployment, and consent should be obtained where required.

6. Third-party technologies

Third-party providers may set or read technologies when their services are used. Current examples may include Google Analytics and, if deployed, Cloudflare security/CDN technologies. Payment or authentication flows may also use technologies controlled by the relevant provider.

7. Cookie duration

Some technologies last only for the browser session; others persist for a defined period or until deleted. The exact names and durations can change with provider configuration. Where a cookie preference center is available, it should present the current categories and, where practicable, specific cookie details.

8. Managing preferences

Users may manage non-essential categories through the Platform's cookie preference tool where provided and may also use browser controls to delete or block cookies. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent login, cart, checkout, security or other core functions from operating correctly.

9. Personal data and international transfers

Information collected through cookies may constitute personal data. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, recipients, international processing, retention principles and user rights that apply.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies used by the Platform change. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
