Terms & Conditions
Information about terms and conditions.
Status: ACTIVE - PUBLISH | Effective date: 09.10.2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of www.epinusd.com and the digital products and related services made available under the EPINUSD Digital Product brand (“EPINUSD”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Platform”). By creating an account, placing an order, funding an EPINUSD Balance, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
1. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order, or use paid features of the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you satisfy this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into the relevant transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts may be created using an email address and password and, where offered, through a supported third-party sign-in method such as Google. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Telephone verification is not a general requirement unless specifically introduced for a feature or reasonably required for security.
We may offer guest checkout for eligible products. Guest users may receive order or delivery information by email and remain bound by the terms presented at checkout.
3. Digital products
EPINUSD may offer gift cards, prepaid codes, e-pins, game keys, digital vouchers, licenses, game currency, top-ups, in-game digital items and other electronically delivered products (collectively, “Digital Products”). Product availability varies and the product page forms part of the transaction.
Digital Products may be supplied from EPINUSD inventory or sourced through official, authorized, or other commercial distributors and supplier APIs. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product and brand names, trademarks, game titles and platform names belong to their respective owners. Listing a product does not by itself mean that EPINUSD is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the issuer or brand owner.
4. Product restrictions and customer responsibility
Before ordering, you must review the product description and confirm compatibility with the intended country or region, account region, platform, device, currency, game, edition and activation requirements. Some products are region-locked, account-locked, platform-specific, currency-specific, time-limited or otherwise restricted by the issuer.
We are not responsible for a customer's selection error where the product supplied matches the information displayed before purchase, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when EPINUSD confirms the transaction or makes the Digital Product available, whichever occurs first. We may refuse, cancel or review an order before delivery where reasonably necessary because of stock or supplier failure, pricing or technical error, suspected fraud or abuse, payment failure, legal or compliance restrictions, duplicate orders, or a product being unavailable.
If we cancel a paid order before valid delivery, the corresponding amount will be returned in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Payment & Account Balance Policy.
6. Prices and currency
The primary checkout currency is USD. Other currencies may be displayed for convenience as approximate reference conversions. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the payable fiat reference amount is the USD amount shown at checkout.
Product prices may change at any time before an order is completed because of supplier prices, exchange rates, market conditions, taxes, fees or other commercial factors. A price displayed in a previous session, cart or account balance does not guarantee the future price of a product.
7. Payments
The payment methods actually available to a customer are those displayed at checkout or in the relevant balance-funding interface. These may include cryptocurrency payments and, if introduced in the future, cards, bank transfers or other methods.
Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, fees, technical requirements, fraud controls, sanctions screening, AML/CTF controls, blockchain risk screening, payment verification or identity verification where applicable. EPINUSD does not represent that it independently performs KYC merely because a payment provider performs such checks.
EPINUSD is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, investment service, bank, electronic-money institution, cryptocurrency wallet provider or cryptocurrency custodian. Cryptocurrency is used only as a supported means of payment where offered.
8. EPINUSD Balance
EPINUSD may provide a closed-loop account balance (“EPINUSD Balance”) that can be used only to purchase eligible products or services on the Platform. EPINUSD Balance is not a bank account, payment account, cryptocurrency wallet, electronic-money account, investment account or stored cryptocurrency service.
- EPINUSD Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or cryptocurrency.
- It cannot be transferred to another user unless EPINUSD expressly introduces a lawful feature allowing it.
- It cannot be exchanged by the user into cryptocurrency or another fiat currency.
- Funding a balance does not lock the price of any Digital Product.
- If a product price later exceeds the available balance, the customer must add sufficient funds or use another available payment method.
- Funding or payment transactions may include disclosed provider, network, processing or service costs.
Where mandatory law requires a different treatment of unused funds, mandatory law prevails.
9. Delivery
For registered users, Digital Products are generally delivered by making them available in the account's order area. Eligible guest orders may be delivered by email. Certain products may in the future be delivered by direct top-up to a game or service account using a customer-provided identifier. The delivery method shown for the product or at checkout controls.
A Digital Product is considered delivered when the code, key, voucher, content or entitlement is made accessible through the stated delivery method, or when a direct top-up is successfully credited to the identifier supplied by the customer.
10. Returns, cancellation and defects
Digital Products can lose resale value or become irreversibly exposed as soon as a code is revealed, accessed or delivered. Cancellation and refund rights are therefore subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.
If a customer reports that a delivered code is invalid, previously redeemed before delivery, materially different from the ordered product, or unusable because of a verified EPINUSD or upstream supplier issue, EPINUSD may investigate delivery logs, supplier records and other relevant evidence. If the issue is verified, the appropriate remedy may include redelivery, replacement, account credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Prohibited conduct
You must comply with the Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities Policy. In particular, you may not use the Platform for fraud, unauthorized payment activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, resale of stolen credentials, abuse of promotions, technical attacks, scraping that interferes with the service, or other unlawful activity.
12. Verification and risk review
EPINUSD does not currently operate a general customer KYC program. We may, however, use reasonable account, transaction and technical security checks. A third-party payment provider may require verification under its own rules. If EPINUSD later introduces a payment method or regulated feature that lawfully requires additional verification, we may request only the information reasonably required for that purpose and update the applicable privacy disclosures.
13. Availability, sanctions and legal restrictions
The Platform, particular products or payment methods may be unavailable or restricted in certain locations because of applicable law, sanctions, issuer restrictions, distributor requirements, payment-provider requirements, licensing rules, fraud risk or technical limitations. We may refuse or limit transactions where reasonably necessary to comply with such restrictions.
14. B2B customers and resellers
EPINUSD may sell to business customers and resellers. Unless separate written B2B terms are agreed, these Terms apply to those transactions to the extent appropriate. Statutory rights that apply only to consumers do not automatically apply to a business customer.
15. Intellectual property
The EPINUSD website, its original text, software, graphics, layout and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of EPINUSD intellectual property to you. Third-party trademarks and product content remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Third-party services and issuers
Digital Products may depend on third-party issuers, game publishers, platforms, distributors, payment providers, authentication providers and infrastructure services. Their separate terms may apply. EPINUSD is not responsible for outages, account sanctions, issuer policy changes or other events solely within a third party's control, but this does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Service changes and errors
We may modify the Platform, product catalogue, payment methods, delivery methods, limits or features. We may correct obvious typographical, technical, pricing or inventory errors. Where a material error affects a paid but undelivered order, we may cancel the order and provide the appropriate return of value.
18. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account or transaction where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Platform, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to a legal requirement, or address a material security risk. Permanent termination may be used for serious or repeated violations.
19. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party networks, issuers, games, payment systems or supplier APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPINUSD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.
20. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Marketing communications, where offered, are optional where consent is legally required and may be unsubscribed from without preventing necessary transactional or security messages.
21. Future marketplace features
EPINUSD may later introduce a marketplace or third-party seller feature. Such functionality is not part of the current direct-sale service unless visibly activated on the Platform. Additional Marketplace Terms may apply when that feature is launched.
22. Governing rules and disputes
Because EPINUSD's final operating legal entity and jurisdiction have not yet been designated in this master version, these Terms do not state an invented governing law or court. Any mandatory consumer protection, data protection or other law that applies regardless of contractual choice remains unaffected. When a legal entity and governing jurisdiction are established, this section should be updated before relying on a contractual choice-of-law or forum clause.
Before formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact [email protected] so that the issue can be reviewed. This does not restrict any right to use a competent court, regulator, consumer body or mandatory dispute-resolution mechanism.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, law, security requirements, payment methods or business operations. The current version will be published on the Platform. Where applicable law requires advance notice or renewed consent for a material change, we will take the required steps.
24. Contact
